A message dated May 29, 1998, was read stating the Governor has                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 193(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to financial assistance for students attending               
certain graduate education programs; and providing for an
